OUR PAST

I just love to bake!

As a kid, I was in love with baking in the kitchen! My family and I would all gather around the counter, rolling out cuccidati dough and zesting oranges for other cookies. My love of baking only grew from there. Holidays in the winter were my favorite time of year simply because of dessert making. As I got older and moved onto college, I had this dream of owning my own bakery and dreams can be reality if you work hard enough, right?

So now, we are here! AM Bakery! And despite the chaos of creating recipes and signature flavors, I find myself smiling every step of the way. Here at AM Bakery, you'll only find passion and love for what we do. That's what really counts though. Doing what you love and eating what you create!

OUR FUTURE

Dreams can become Reality

Currently, we work out of my home. My kitchen has become a mess, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I'd take banana bread batter in the eye everyday if it meant that I'd be here! But this is merely a stepping stone. One day, we will have a store front and everyone will be able to come in for fresh baked goods, ranging from bread to donuts to cupcakes and specialty orders.

I only hope to serve quality desserts to any who order with us. My goal is to keep being creative and offer up new ideas for any and all to try. My dream is to have a bakery that you can run to for a fresh loaf of bread in the morning before breakfast or the place you can pick up a cake for a bridal shower. Be on the lookout for new flavors and options to try because they're coming! Just you wait.
